Yes, it’s shorts season! It was 80 degrees on Sunday, and we broke out the shorts for a day of farm chores.
Since spring is almost here, it about time for me to increment the age counter. Sooz & I will be in Vegas for my birthday. It’s odd celebrating aging in a city where I’m older than most of the hotels, thanks to all of the renovations … but I think we’ll manage.
Some friends have complained that I am hard to shop for, so I gave in and created a short Amazon.com wish list. I don’t like the feeling that I’m forcing friends to buy crap for me due to some semi-random calendar date … but Amy threatened to hit me on the head with something heavy if I didn’t (such a good pal, she is).
There’s something wrong with it being warmer in Georgia than Arizona. After getting rain (after 143 days of none) this weekend, it was in the 40s on Saturday and it barely reached the 60s on Sunday. We even have snow on our mountains.
Well, I’m planning on giving you your back-ordered Christmas present, which saves me a lot of shopping.
I would hope to see more then 5 items, as you should know you have more then 5 friends…
