who put my flight on ebay?

Supposed to leave at 5pm … Actually leaving at 7pm … I guess that’s not bad by airline standards.

Every time I looked over from the bar, the flight board looked like an ebay auction … The numbers just kept going up. 5pm became 5:45, then 6:00, then 6:20 … Finally my delayed flight from Austin to Atlanta got a boarding time of 7:00pm.

The combination of bad weather (thunderstorms) and bad piloting (plane going off the runway) backed up traffic in Atlanta. Bill and I took up station at the bar, out typical locale when planes get delayed.

So I’ll be home a bit later than planned … Just gives me an excuse to roll in a bit late on Friday.
