Good luck! I actually missed the closing on Sean’s and my first home, because it was just in his name. As a result, I spent that time, packing up our apartment to start moving into the house as soon as Sean had the keys. It’s still debated on who had more fun.
kat had more fun, i got rear ended on the way to the closing.

Wow, it’s too easy to sign your life away these days. That only took an hour. We’re off to meet the builder in a few minutes.
According to the builder, weather permitting we’ll be breaking ground the Monday after Christmas. Projected completion date is the end of April.
