Just letting the world know that Brian lives. Suzan and I got back from Myrtle Beach a few hours ago. I’m still in a “car coma” from the long ride. Suzan’s visiting the horses while I’m vegging in front of very bad weekend television.
I have plenty to post, but I’d like to sleep first. Sleep good.
“Size Matters Not” … I finally gave in to the deluge of Yoda-centric marketing. Suzan, Alice and I headed to the Mall of Georgia IMAX theater on Sunday to see Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones on the big, big, big screen.
I don’t feel like a true geek anymore … this is only the second time I’ve seen this movie in the theater. But I noticed several things about this second presentation of the second prequel:
Bill and I spent last week in Silicon Valley, visiting various technology companies. During the week we took the liberty of coining two new phrases. I find it appropriate, since this part of California is constantly inventing new words (most of them nifty combinations of existing words to make a company name that nobody else has trademarked).

I’m home just long enough to relax, pack and head back out on the road. After a week on the west coast, I get to spend today & Wednesday in Boston.
Enough babble … time to head for the airport. I think this might be the last business trip I take this year (whew).

I need to find out what my travel website’s definition of “aisle seating” is, because it obviously isn’t the same as the rest of the world. Seat 17B on a Boeing 737 is not in the aisle, yet this is where I am seated. Silly travel supercomputer.
